HALT is a highly regarded, multi agency Alliance working to reduce smoking prevalence and therefore health inequalities. The area has some of the highest smoking prevalence rates in the country for young people and adults, however HALT is committed through effective partnership working and the development and delivery of innovative and successful interventions to reverse this trend.
